Volleyball Open Gym

Open Gym Practices for the 2026 Competition Season will begin in January 2025.

Open Gyms are free, but everyone must register and sign a liability waiver.

OPEN GYM TIMES 

(WEDNESDAYS)

12u- 14u- 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm

16u-18u- 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm

INFORMATION ABOUT ATHLETE AGES

3.3(a) Age Cut-Off Date: A student-athlete’s age for NCHC eligibility shall be determined by their age on August 1st. A player must be the specified age of the division OR YOUNGER on August 1st to be eligible for that age group for the entire season.

Soccer Open Evaluations

Calling all homeschoolers ages 13-18! 

We're hosting open soccer evaluations for our JV & Varsity teams.

Where: Mt. Hebron Park - 6174 Mount Hebron Park, Rogers, AR 

When: 3:30 - 5:00, Monday, May 11th  

Who: Ages 13-18 (homeschool only)

> Open to homeschool girls, who are 10 or younger by 8/01/2026

> Open to all skill levels

> Develop your skills and get to know the Hornets 

APRIL 27th- 4:00-5:00 pm

MAY 18th- 4:00-5:00 pm

JUNE 22nd-  4:00-5:00 pm

JULY 27th- 4:00-5:00 pm

Friday May 22, 2026- RAC outdoor court 2:00 - 4:00 pm

Friday June 26, 2026- RAC outdoor court 10:30 - 12:30 pm

Friday July 10, 2027-RAC outdoor court 10:30 - 12:30 pm

Friday August TBD- RAC outdoor court 10:30-12:30 pm
