2026 Volleyball Open Gym
Open Gym Practices for the 2026 Competition Season will begin in January 2025.
Open Gyms are free, but everyone must register and sign a liability waiver.

12u- 14u- 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm
16u-18u- 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm
INFORMATION ABOUT ATHLETE AGES
3.3(a) Age Cut-Off Date: A student-athlete’s age for NCHC eligibility shall be determined by their age on August 1st. A player must be the specified age of the division OR YOUNGER on August 1st to be eligible for that age group for the entire season.

The Standard: A student-athlete’s age eligibility is determined strictly by their age on August 1st of the current school year.
Rule: A player must be the specified age of the division OR YOUNGER on August 1st to be eligible for that age group for the entire season.
